May it last through our earthly days, and prepare us for heaven above.

RED ROSE—-ETERNAL

I’ll give you a rose that is red, for my eternal love for you.

May we continue to share our hearts, and through forever be true.

BIND THEM ALL

Now put them together and bind them, add patience, forget me nots and sage.

And with this bouquet so very sweet, we’ll have strength as we age.

You are the prince charming of all the romance novels that I’ve read.

You are the mister right that I’ve waited for all my life.

You are the fur on my teddy that bring comfort to & warmth to on rainy night.

You are the smile which stretches across my face from ear to ear.

You are the twinkle I get in my eyes every time I am feeling mischievous.

You are the flame to the fire I feel burning inside.

You are the lovely fragrance that fill up my nostrils.

You are the first thing on my mind as i rise in the morning.

You are the cure to every unwanted illness.

You are my baby, my angel, my lifeline, my world.

You are the breath of fresh air that I take in during sunrise.

You are the wonderful colors that brighten up the sky when the sun leaves us.

You are an angel in disguise who came to guide me.

You are the very person my poetry describes.

You are the last person on my mind before going to bed and even while I sleep.

HAVING HOPE….

One day as I was moaning
About the troubles in my life
I heard a bird singing
That everything would be fine

It sang so wonderfully
That I almost believed
But part of me still asked
How could this be?

But the song still sang
And put hope in the air
The silver lining it told me
Must surely be there

To believe in the future
So that I could have today
To believe that the past is over
That it has gone away

I am still learning
But believe I eventually will
And when I look beside me
I see the singing bird stillbirths
